USER AGREEMENT

This agreement defines the terms of using materials and services of the website www.3tsensor.com (the "Site") by Users.

1. General conditions

1.1. Use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. The present Agreement is the public offer. Getting access to the Site materials the User is considered to join the present Agreement.

1.3. The administration of the Site has the right of changing conditions of the present Agreement unilaterally at any time. Such changes come into force after 3 (three) days from the date of posting a new version of the Agreement on the site. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he must refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

2. Obligations of the User

2.1. The User agrees not to take any action that could be considered as violating Russian law or international law, including that in the sphere of intellectual property, of the copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to malfunction of the Site and the Site services.

2.2. Using the Site materials without the consent of the rightholders is not allowed (article 1270 of the RF CC). For the legitimate using the Site materials, it is necessary to conclude licensing agreements(obtaining licenses) from the Rightholders.

2.3. When quoting the materials of the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is required (Subparagraph 1 of Point 1 of Article 1274 of the RF CC).

2.4. Comments and other User notes on the Site should not contradict with the requirements of legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.

2.5. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration doesn't bear responsibility and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or arisen losses or damages connected with any Site content, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available or received through the external websites or resources or any other contacts of the User which he entered, using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

2.7. The User accepts the regulation that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishing agency relations, partnership relations, joint activities, personal hiring relations, or any other relations between the User and the Site 

3.3. Admitting by court any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not subject to compulsory execution doesn't entail invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violating any User Agreement provisions by the User does not deprive the Site Administration the right to take appropriate actions later to protect their interests and copyright to the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the law.

The User confirms that he is familiarized with all clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
